Canapes’ professional service personnel will take care of removing the following concerns from you:

  • editing the buffet.
  • removing the dirty dishes during the event Cleaning of refreshment and drinking stands during the event.
  • professional management of the pace of removing and replacing the trays on the buffet.
  • folding and cleaning the event area.

Service person is calculated according to a ratio of 1 service person for every 50 guests.
If the customer has performed an upgrade to reusable tools in the service person positions calculated according to a ratio of 1 to 30 guests.
