Delivery and handling guidelines

I acknowledge and agree that Canapes USA Inc. operates as a drop-off catering service. Once the order has been delivered and received from the driver, Canapes USA is no longer responsible for the storage, handling, or presentation of the products.

I understand and agree to the following handling guidelines:

• All boxes should be kept upright and stable at all times.
• Boxes should be opened carefully, and trays should be removed gently.
• It is recommended to consume the products within 4 hours of delivery.
• If the event extends beyond this timeframe, proper refrigeration must be arranged to maintain product quality and safety.
