How many days before my event should I place my order?

We prepare all of our products fresh to order, which means that we have a limited capacity for the quantities of orders and deliveries we can accommodate each day. To ensure that we can guarantee the production and timely delivery of your order, we recommend placing it as early as possible, with a minimum of 48 hours before the delivery date. Unfortunately, we may not be able to approve orders placed less than 48 hours before the delivery date.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order is 2 party trays.

How do I pick the right delivery time for my order?

Ensuring the freshness of our food is essential to us, as we prepare it specifically for your event. For this reason, we kindly recommend scheduling the delivery of your food to arrive an hour before the designated serving time, ensuring it maintains its optimal quality. We place a strong emphasis on timely arrival and strive to be there promptly at the start of the delivery time window you select. With that in mind, we encourage you to select your delivery time wisely, taking into account the desired serving time and allowing us to provide you with a seamless and delightful experience.

What's the best way to store the party trays from delivery until serving time?

Note that our plates arrive ready to serve. But you can keep the party trays at room temperature with air conditioning for up to three hours from the time of delivery until serving. If you plan to serve only certain trays later, such as dessert trays, we recommend refrigerating them until serving time. For baked products like mini lasagnas, mini baked pies, and mini French quiche, we recommend serving them at room temperature. However, if you prefer them warm, you can use the provided aluminum tray and heat them at 250F for up to 5 minutes. Please note that overheating may cause the pastries to dry out.

Do you provide serving and waitstaff for my event?

We offer delivery services exclusively. However, please note that all party trays come ready to serve. Simply unbox them and place them on the buffet. Similarly, cleaning up after the event is a breeze. The provided serving trays are recyclable, so there is no need to wash dishes.

Do you provide cutlery?

Every party tray comes with a serving accessory or cutlery, such as tongs, paper caps, mini spoons, and mini forks. Additionally, we provide napkins based on the number of trays in your order. If you require disposable plates, they can be purchased in our store.

How do I know if you received my online order?

Once you have placed an order online and received an email confirming its receipt, please be sure that your order is in our system. If you placed your order after 6 PM you can expect to hear back from us by the next business day.

Can I make specific requests or adjustments to my order?

We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences by offering customized menu options. Whether you require a vegetarian, vegan, flourless, or kosher-style menu, we can make the necessary adjustments.
