Erez Tordjman brings over 30 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry. He began working in restaurant kitchens at the age of 14, starting from the most basic roles and learning the business from the ground up.
Driven by a passion for culinary excellence, Erez later completed his professional training at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Paris — graduating with honors. Over the years, he developed a deep understanding not only of food, but of how hospitality businesses operate and scale.
Alongside him is Hadar Tordjman, who leads marketing and sales for the company. Within the organization she is known as the heart of the business — the person who connects all departments and teams to ensure that every client receives an exceptional service experience.
Together, the Tordjman family built Canapés with a clear vision: to create a modern catering concept that combines high-quality food, operational simplicity, and outstanding customer experience.
